A standard delivery charge of $10.00AUD applies for all Australian orders under $200.00AUD.
Standard delivery within Australia takes 3-7 business days.
Within Australia we have an express delivery service a charge of $15.00AUD which applies if you would like your order delivered within 1-2 business days.
Delivery during holiday periods may take longer than normal.
We will be closed during the Christmas Holidays on 24, 25 & 26 December 2017.
We will be closed on December 31 2017 and January 1 2018 for the New Year Holiday.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and sent the same day. (In stock items only)
Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
For deliveries within Australia we use the eParcel service from Australia Post. eParcel requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is home a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the post office for you to collect.
You can specify an alternate address for your delivery, we recommend a location that is occupied between business hours.
Upon shipment of your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
To track your purchase you can log into Australia Post and follow the prompts.
International orders are charged at the flat rate of $35.00AUD.
FREE shipping on international orders over $550.00AUD.
International delivery can take between 5-21 days depending on your location.
Orders are sent by regular post and upon shipment of your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Bandra Clothing Australia cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be applied by customs at the destination country. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.
OUT OF STOCK
In the rare circumstance that we would be out of stock of the item you have ordered on line we will notify you within one business day. If it is an item that we cannot reorder we will provide a refund. It the item is available for reorder we will inform you of when it will be back in stock or we can provide alternative garments that you may like or a full refund.
